All items purchased from BillingRolls.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange for a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the package.
